1. Who we are and these terms
24Hour Escrow is the platform being developed for ESCROW LONDON LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 09997952. Its registered office is The Grange – Level 5, 100 High Street, Level 5, London, England, N14 6BN. These pre-launch terms describe the intended service and must be approved before live operation.
Using the service requires acceptance of these terms, the acceptable use policy and your specific transaction agreement. A transaction agreement sets the asset, price, fee allocation, handover obligations and inspection period. It cannot waive mandatory legal rights or permit a prohibited asset.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter a contract and authorised to act for any business you represent. Buyers and sellers must be separate parties. Provide accurate identity, contact and ownership information and keep it current. We may require identity, source-of-funds and asset-ownership checks before funding or settlement.
You are responsible for keeping your login and recovery information confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not impersonate another person, conceal a beneficial owner or use the service to circumvent sanctions or platform restrictions.
3. Assets and the agreement
The seller must have the legal right to transfer the asset. The underlying provider must permit the transaction and the chosen transfer method. Inclusion of a category on this website is not approval of every account or product within it. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any named social media or advertising platform.
Before either party pays, both must accept a sufficiently detailed agreement. Include identifiers that are safe to share, the authorised transfer steps, any existing restrictions, licence terms, performance claims and acceptance checks. Material changes require a new agreement; do not assume informal messages amend an accepted invoice.
4. Funding, custody and settlement
The buyer funds the accepted agreement through the hosted HuskyPay checkout. The checkout determines supported assets, networks, quotes and network fees. An invoice is denominated in USD. A browser redirect, payment screenshot or partial payment is not proof of completed funding. We reconcile provider status on the server.
Funding confirmation allows the handover to begin. Buyer acceptance creates a settlement request; it does not itself perform a blockchain payout. Seller settlements and refunds require a recorded operational review and are recorded as completed only after an administrator records the transfer reference and recipient details. No automatic payout timing is promised.
Custody arrangements, permitted jurisdictions and the regulatory assessment must be finalised before live payments are enabled. We do not represent that company registration is financial-services authorisation, that funds are covered by a compensation scheme, or that this development preview provides a licensed trust account.
5. Inspection, disputes and fees
The inspection period is agreed before payment and ranges from 24 hours to seven days. Review ownership, access, functionality, restrictions and all acceptance criteria. Confirm acceptance only once satisfied. The current implementation does not automatically release funds at expiry; unresolved inspections require support review.
Raise a dispute before settlement if the agreed transfer is missing or materially different. Settlement is paused while the dispute is reviewed. Provide honest evidence, respond to reasonable requests and do not retaliate by reversing access. Fees and their allocation are shown before agreement; blockchain and provider charges may be additional and are disclosed at checkout.
6. Responsibility, restrictions and termination
We provide the transaction process and a review record. We cannot guarantee an asset’s future revenue, audience behaviour or continued acceptance by its original platform. Both parties remain responsible for lawful ownership, taxes, licence restrictions and truthful representations.
We may restrict or suspend access where information is unreliable, a transaction is prohibited, security is at risk or a legal obligation requires it. Existing funds are not forfeited simply because access is restricted; an appropriate settlement or refund decision remains necessary. Nothing excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Governing law, changes and contact
The intended contractual governing law is the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you. Courts with mandatory jurisdiction over consumer claims retain that jurisdiction. We encourage a support complaint before court proceedings, but do not remove statutory access to remedies.
Material updates apply prospectively. The policy version and accepted agreement must be retained for existing transactions. The brand name “24Hour” is not a guarantee that all checks, transfers or disputes finish within 24 hours.
Write to ESCROW LONDON LTD, The Grange – Level 5, 100 High Street, Level 5, London, England, N14 6BN, or use the Contact page with the relevant transaction reference. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, private keys or full identity documents through general support messages.
