1. Before live operation
The operator must complete an assessment of its actual activities, custody arrangements, operating countries and applicable financial-crime obligations before enabling live payments. Company incorporation alone is not a licence or registration to provide regulated financial services. This policy does not claim a completed regulatory assessment or FCA registration.
2. Checks and eligibility
Both parties must verify their email address before creating or funding a transaction. Identity review is optional by default; the operator may request additional checks for a specific transaction. We may ask for legal name, country, business details, beneficial ownership, proof of authority, asset ownership and source of funds where proportionate or required.
The application accepts an initial verification request and administrator review notes. It does not perform automatic document authentication, sanctions screening or biometric checks. Supporting identity documents must be collected through an approved secure verification process before an administrator approves a request.
3. Prohibited financial activity
Do not use the platform to obscure ownership, launder proceeds, fund illegal activity, evade sanctions or route third-party payments without an authorised relationship. Misleading identity or source-of-funds information may cause a transaction to be paused or declined.
The operator must implement applicable jurisdictional restrictions and screening before launch. No live transaction is available merely because an asset category appears on the public website.
4. Monitoring, decisions and information
Unusual payment, access or transaction patterns may require additional review. A pause is not a finding of wrongdoing. Release or refund is handled according to the facts and applicable obligations, with a recorded decision. Information may be shared with relevant authorities where required or permitted by law.
Access to verification records is limited to authorised personnel. Retention, screening providers, reporting roles and escalation procedures must be set in the operator’s live compliance programme.
