1. The basic rule
You must own the asset, be authorised to sell it and have the right to use the agreed transfer method. Its original platform or licensor must permit the transfer. A business asset should be handed over using approved ownership or administrator-transfer mechanisms. A category listing is not permission to sell a prohibited account.
2. Permitted categories, subject to checks
Eligible assets may include transferable business pages and communities, approved advertising-business assets, transferable subscriptions and licences, software, templates and other digital products. Social media, Meta, Google, Microsoft/Bing and TikTok assets are eligible only where the relevant provider expressly permits the proposed change of ownership or access.
Provide evidence of ownership, permission and current condition. Disclose policy strikes, outstanding balances, geographic restrictions, licence limits, access dependencies and any other condition that can materially affect use. Audience or revenue claims must be supported and must not guarantee future performance.
3. Prohibited assets and conduct
Do not offer stolen, hacked, impersonated or fraudulently obtained accounts, credentials, session cookies, authentication tokens, recovery codes or private keys. Do not trade personal identities, bank or payment accounts, government documents, personal data lists, non-transferable subscriptions, shared access without permission, or access intended to bypass a ban.
Illegal goods, infringement of intellectual-property rights, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, deceptive advertising, fake engagement and assets facilitating abuse are prohibited. Attempts to manipulate disputes, forge payment proof or reverse a completed handover are also prohibited.
4. Safe handover
Agree on safe identifiers and evidence before funding. Use the original platform’s authorised transfer tools. Update permitted recovery and administrator settings and remove obsolete access after the buyer confirms the handover. Never post raw credentials or sensitive identity documents in transaction messages.
Funding must take place through the checkout attached to your transaction. Do not use a wallet address sent by the other party or move a disputed settlement outside the recorded process.
5. Review and enforcement
We may request supporting information, decline an asset or pause a transaction. If a funded asset is found to be prohibited, support must determine an appropriate lawful refund or settlement; account suspension does not automatically permit confiscation of funds. Decisions and their reasons should be recorded.
Report suspected prohibited activity using the contact form or a transaction dispute. Include safe evidence references and the transaction number.
Write to ESCROW LONDON LTD, The Grange – Level 5, 100 High Street, Level 5, London, England, N14 6BN, or use the Contact page with the relevant transaction reference. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, private keys or full identity documents through general support messages.
